Delivery rate is the share of orders where the SMS verification code arrived. Pick the app you sign up for and the country you need to see the delivery rate of SV Number (sms-verification-number.com) virtual phone numbers over the last 30 days. Every figure comes from our own orders, so you know the odds before you pay.

SMS delivery rate by app and country

Each row is an app and country with enough site orders in the last 30 days to show a reliable rate, and numbers in stock at the update. Sort by any column or search for the app you need, then open the number straight from the row.

How we count the share of codes that arrived

The share of codes that arrived is one count behind every figure on this page: orders that ended with the SMS code, divided by those orders plus the orders refunded because no code came. The same rule holds for every app, every country and every row of the table.

What the delivery rate means

The delivery rate is the share of orders that got the SMS code. We take every order that ended one of two ways: the code arrived, or the money went back to the balance because no code came. The rate is the first group divided by both. Orders still waiting are left out.

One period for every figure

One period covers every figure on this page: the last 30 days up to the update time shown under the title. Price and stock come from the same update, so a row shows what the number cost and how many were in stock at that moment. The next update replaces them together.

Site orders, not API orders

Site orders are what we count here: numbers bought on sms-verification-number.com. Orders sent through the API are counted on their own, so for the same app and country the API figure can come out a little higher or lower. The API method below returns that figure for your requests.

When a row is missing

A row is missing when an app and country had too few orders in the period to give a reliable rate, or when no numbers are in stock at the update. A rate from a handful of orders swings with every order, so we leave it out rather than print a figure that means little.

Names match the API

Names on this page match the API: every app and country is written the way our API documentation lists it. The app you find here has the same service code in your request, and the country has the same country code, so no second lookup table is needed.

Why we publish delivery rates

Delivery rates are published so you can judge an app and country before you pay, not after. If the code does not arrive, the order is refunded to your balance, so a low rate costs you time rather than money. A higher rate means fewer retries on sign-up.

Questions about delivery and the API

Questions about delivery and the API come up most often from people who buy numbers in bulk or through their own software. The short answers below cover where the figure comes from, how to read it through the API, and what happens when a code does not come.

How do I get delivery statistics through the API?

Delivery statistics come from the getServicesAndCostWithStatistics method. Send it with your API key, a country code and a service code, and add lang=en for prices in dollars. For each app the answer returns the price, the quantity in stock, deliverability as a percent, and the cheapest countries for that app.

Full parameters are in the API documentation.

Why can the API figure differ from this page?

The API figure can differ because it is counted on API orders only, while this page counts orders placed on the site. Both use the same rule, code arrived out of finished orders, but on different sets of orders, so the same app and country can show a slightly different rate.

Why did the code not arrive for my app and country?

A code may not arrive when the app refuses that number range or holds the SMS back. The table shows how often that happens for each app and country, so pick a country with a higher rate and order again. If no code comes, the order is refunded to your balance.

What happens if the code does not arrive?

If the code does not arrive, the order is refunded to your balance. You pay only for numbers that brought the code, so a failed attempt costs time rather than money. Pick another country or app from the table and order again.

How often is the page updated?

The page is rebuilt from our order data, and the time of the latest update is shown under the title. Delivery rates, prices and stock in every row come from that same update, so they always describe the same moment rather than a mix of old and new figures.
